The Cheek Lift

Lifts sagging cheeks

Open mouth into an 'O' shape, press fingertips onto the apples of cheeks, and smile while resisting. Hold 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times.

Jawline Sculpt

Tightens the jaw and reduces double chin

Tilt head slightly back, push tongue against the roof of mouth, hold 5 seconds. Release and repeat 10 times daily.

Forehead Smoother

Reduces forehead lines

Place fingertips above eyebrows, press down gently and try to lift eyebrows against resistance. 10 reps.

Eye De-Puff

Brightens under-eyes

Use ring fingers to tap gently from inner corner outward along the orbital bone, 30 seconds each side.

Lip Plump

Softens lip lines

Press lips together, smile wide while keeping them sealed. Hold 5 seconds. 10 reps.

Neck Lengthener

Tightens the neck and decolletage

Tilt head back, push lower lip forward and up over upper lip. Hold 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times.
